Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 One Day Tournamnets

Non Refundable.

4v4 Tournaments

Refunds will be issued if notified within 24 hours of the tournament.

Beginner Train and Play

Non-Refundable payment once program starts.

Flight National Elite Teams

ALL DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The full contract amount of $2950 is due regardless of if a player stops coming to practice/tournaments, is removed from the team for ANY reason, or quits the team mid-season. Season altering injuries will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires a doctors note and player fees may be adjusted or prorated based on the discretion of the Director of the FLIGHT volleyball program.

FlightWinter 2024 Local/Select

ALL DEPOSIT/TRYOUT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The full contract amount, one a spot is accepted, is due regardless of if a player stops coming to practice/tournaments, is removed from the team for ANY reason, or quits the team mid-season. Season altering injuries will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires a doctors note and player fees may be adjusted or prorated based on the discretion of the Director of the FLIGHT volleyball program.
